Sharing in the joy and warmth of hospitality, we are motivated by the happiness created by design and events. With a goal of staying innovative, we seek inspiration from bright hues and natural textures, not satisfied until a design directly captures the personality and heart of a client.

Whether it be designing stationery, building large props, or meticulously crafting the perfect table number, we love anything that will get our hands a little dirty. We don’t really believe in packages. How could we possibly smoosh all of the uniqueness that is you, your company, or your family into a box?

While the below signify different levels of our involvement in your day, we custom-tailor our services to reflect your needs!

DESIGN

Alongside our comprehensive full-service package, we also provide design-only services.

Our design offerings cater to clients who have already planned their event but need some assistance developing and executing a creative vision. Our team collaborates with you to conceptualize a theme, curate a visual design, and source (and custom-build) necessary elements, products and vendors!

On the day of the event, we ensure that everything, all products, rentals, florals, decor, and other details, are set-up and executed seamlessly.

Please note that our design services do not include timeline management or event planning.

WEDDINGS

Whether you are planning a single day celebration, or a full weekend affair, our approach is grounded in joy and connection. The Mustard & Fig experience is comprised of four phases:

No. 1 | Connection and Foundation

Upon engaging the Mustard & Fig team for planning, we'll arrange a kick-off call to explore your vision and aspirations for each aspect of your event. Simply put, we get to know you - what makes you tick? What are your likes? What are your passions? Favorite stores? Favorite colors? How do you want your event to feel? What is most important to you about your guest’s experience?

During and following this call we will also work together on your budget and assist in ensuring everything is in alignment with your vision and expectations.

No. 2 | Vendor Sourcing & Initial Planning

Following our initial call and budget development, our team will go to work securing the finest vendor team for your celebration! Once all vendors are secured, we will begin on the logistics pertaining to each vendor and the role they play in your day.

No. 3 | Mood Board & Design Presentation

At this time, we hop on another call or meet in person, and really dig into your visual dream. We take all of that info and present you with a mood board and color palette. We review together and offer two revisions to the mood board to ensure we are all on the same page visually.

From there, we create a full design presentation that covers all of the details - stationery, florals, tables, chairs, linens, etc. Think of this as a visual representation of your day that we will replicate. We use this design as the road map to source and create all of your rentals, visual aspects, lighting, design and event elements.

No. 4 | Event Execution

The long-awaited day is here! Our dream team swoops in to set everything up so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy! We will manage all logistics, vendors, and the timeline to ensure your day feel seamless and memorable.
